Abstract

The study substantiates the role of territorial communities unification in ensuring regional development of Ukraine. The main reasons preventing this process are revealed. It has been proved that effective use of resources for social and economic development of territorial communities is impossible without the introduction of effective public partnership technologies of local authorities, communities and entrepreneurs. The establishment of regional centers for sustainable development such as project hubs, which are educational and communication centers for the communities development, was justified. Their activities would contribute to the systematic work in the implementation of strategic plans for communities development and participation in projects and programs, from local to international.
