
В данной статье рассматривается экономическая система предприятий, физические и юридические лица предприятий, рыночная экономика, производительность и распространение продукции, систематизация и классификация предприятий, обязательные права участников акционерного общества, типы акционерных обществ, капитал акционер- ного общества и исчисления налогов и взаимосвязь между ними. Приводятся виды предприятий и их взаимосвязи. А также, установлены минимальные размеры уставного капитала акционерного общества. This article discusses the economic system of enterprises, individuals and legal entities of enterprises, market economics, productivity and distribution of products, systematization and classification of enterprises, mandatory rights of participants in a joint-stock company, types of joint-stock companies, capital of a joint-stock company and tax calculations and the relationship between them. The types of enterprises and their relationships are given. And also, the minimum size of the authorized capital of a joint-stock company has been established.
