Обычный и одаренный ученики: имплицитные теории личности в педагогическом сознании

Abstract

В статье представлены результаты сравнительного анализа имплицитных теорий личности обычного и одаренного учеников, опосредующих понимание данных типов школьников педагогами различных специализаций: учителями начальных классов, педагогами-филологами и преподавателями естественно-математических дисциплин. Реконструкция ИТЛ осуществлялась методом личностного семантического дифференциала. Полученные данные демонстрируют, с одной стороны, недостаточную дифференциацию знаний о личности обычного и одаренного учеников в педагогическом сознании, с другой стороны, готовность учителей к воплощению на практике современной гуманистической идеи отношения к каждому школьнику как к одаренному.
