Abstract

В сборнике представлены научные статьи по актуальным проблемам юридических, педагогических и других социально- гуманитарных наук. Результаты исследований, отраженные в статьях, представляют собой попытку решить многие актуальные теоретические и практические проблемы уголовного, уголовно-исполнительного, административного права, криминологии, философии, юридической психологии, истории, методики преподавания учебных дисциплин. Сборник может быть полезен научным работникам, преподавате- лям, адъюнктам и курсантам, а также практическим работникам.

В статье представлены описания тестовых заданий, характеризующих компоненты психофизической подготовленности курсантов МВД. Полу- ченные показатели коэффициента надежности и информативности тестов, характеризующих интеллектуальную, психомоторную, кондиционную, координационную и интегральную психофизическую подготовленность, свидетельствуют о достаточном и хорошем уровне надежности методики диагностики
