Профессиональное самосовершенствование будущих педагогов: теоретический аспект

Abstract

The article deals with the essential characteristics of professional self-improvement (theoretical foundations: principles, structure, conditions of efficiency) of future teachers; the peculiarities of self-discipline and self-education as specific types of activities are specified; the notions «readiness for the professional selfimprovement» and «organization of self-improvement process» are defined.

В статье представлена сущностная характеристика профессионального самосовершенствования (теоретические основания: принципы, структура, условия эффективности) будущих педагогов; уточняются особенности самовоспитания и самообразования как специфических видов деятельности; определяются понятия «готовность к профессиональному самосовершенствованию», «организация процесса самосовершенствования».
