Abstract

Казак, Т. В. Мотивация позитивной активности личности сотрудника органов внутренних дел / Т. В. Казак // Вестник Академии МВД Республики Беларусь. - 2015. - № 1. - С. 199 - 206. Рассматриваются точки зрения в отношении разрешения проблемы мотивации и различия значений, приписываемых термину «мотив». Акцентируется внимание на изучении позитивно направленной деятельности сотрудника органов внутренних дел как специалиста. Раскрываются вопросы, связанные с профессиональным становлением специалиста, предопределяемым личностным и профессиональным самоопределением, самоактуализацией, социализацией, мотивацией профессиональной деятельности и профессиональной подготовкой. = The article reveals scientific points of view concerning solution of the problem of motivation and distinction of the values attributed to the term «motive». Much attention is paid to the positively directed activity of an employee as a specialist of the body of internal affairs. The article deals with the issues concerning professional formation of a specialist, such characteristics as self-determination, self-updating, socialization, motivation of professional activity and vocational training.
