На основе положений Концепции государственной кадровой политики Республики Беларусь анализируется состояние и положение дел по работе с кадрами в Департаменте исполнения наказаний в части, касающейся выпускников уголовно-исполнительного факультета Академии МВД. = In this paper, based on the Concept of the State personnel policy of the Republic of Belarus, current developments of selection of personnel in the Department of Corrections are examined, in part related to the graduates from the Penitentiary Faculty of the Academy of the Ministry of Interior.
