Рассматриваются особенности института ювенальной юстиции. Приводится сравнительный анализ положений Уголовного процессуального и Уголовного кодексов Украины. Анализируется судебная практика по исследуемому вопросу. Приводятся примеры из международного опыта применения института ювенальной юстиции. = The article deals with the features of the juvenile justice institute. A comparative analysis of the provisions of the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine and the Criminal Code of Ukraine is presented. The jurisprudence on the investigated issue is considered. Examples from the international experience of the juvenile justice institute are provided.
