Abstract

Вішнеўскі, А. Ф. Наменклатура ў сістэме ўмацавання савецкага палітыка-прававога рэжыму / А. Ф. Вішнеўскі // Вестник Академии МВД Республики Беларусь. - 2010. - № 1. - С. 135 - 140. Аналізуецца працэс фарміравання наменклатурных кадраў у СССР. Даказваецца, што ў рэальнай практыцы наменклатура абазначала набор сродкаў і метадаў падпарадкавання кіруючай партыі (РКП (б), ВКП (б), КПСС) дзяржаўнага і гаспадарчага апарату праз поўную манаполію на кадравыя рашэнні, што з’яўлялася галоўным інструментам яе палітычнага панавання, умацавання савецкага палітыка-прававога рэжыму. Наменклатурны прынцып кіравання краінай пачаў складвацца адразу пасля прыходу да ўлады бальшавікоў, але ў поўным аб’ёме ён аформіўся на мяжы 20-х і 30-х гг. і праіснаваў да канца 80-х гг. мінулага стагоддзя.
