Abstract

Лахтиков // Вестник Академии МВД Республики Беларусь. - 2015. - № 2. - С. 73 - 76. Рассматриваются правовые и морально-этические аспекты дезинформирования при решении задач оперативно-розыскной профилактики органов внутренних дел. Делается вывод, что дезинформирование позволяет более эффективно осуществлять оперативно-розыскную деятельность. = The article examines the legal and ethical aspects of disinformation in solving operational and investigative prevention law-enforcement bodies. The conclusion is that the disinformation allows more efficient to carry out operational-search activity.
