Abstract

Кралько // Вестник Академии МВД Республики Беларусь. - 2019. - № 1. - С. 131 - 135 Рассматриваются специализированные меры по предупреждению наркомании и ее социально-негативных последствий в Республике Беларусь. Исходя из анализа распространенности наркомании, ее социально-негативных последствий и их влияния на общество и государство обосновывается необходимость реализации системы мер по предупреждению наркомании и ее социально-негативных последствий на трех уровнях: общегосударственном, ведомственном и общественном (негосударственном). = The article deals with specialized measures to prevent drug addiction and its social and negative consequences in the Republic of Belarus. Based on the analysis of the prevalence of drug addiction, its social and negative consequences and their impact on society and the state, it is concluded that it is necessary to implement a system of measures to prevent drug addiction and its social and negative consequences at three levels: the state, departmental and social (non-state).
