Abstract

В. = The article is devoted to topical issues of technical and criminalistic study of a signature related to the need to know the methods of technical falsification of the signature and their signs. The scientific literature has already paid attention to the recognition of a variety of ways of technical forgery of the signature. With respect to the traditional methods of technical forgery (pencil drawing or copying through copying paper with subsequent tracing, copying «on skylight», etc.), methods and methodological recommendations have long been developed and successfully applied. With regard to new methods of technical forgery of signatures and notes, such recommendations do not always keep pace with the development of technology and the pace of its modification for criminal purposes. The study of such methods and their characteristics in the aggregate will allow to diagnose, with a sufficiently high degree of probability, the fact of handwriting or technical fulfillment of the signature.
