Abstract

Дударчик, Я. Ю. Особенности классификации следственных ситуаций в процессе расследования мошенничества в сфере предпринимательской и иной хозяйственной (экономической) деятельности / Я. Ю. Дударчик // Вестник Академии МВД Республики Беларусь. - 2018. - № 1. - С. 122 - 127. Рассматриваются некоторые научные подходы к классификации следственных ситуаций. Обосновывается выбор классификации следственных ситуаций мошенничества в сфере предпринимательской и иной хозяйственной (экономической) деятельности. Предлагаются алгоритмы действий, соответствующие выделенным следственным ситуациям. = Explores scientific approaches to the classification of the investigative situations. Justifying the choice of classification investigative fraud situations entrepreneurial and other economic (economic activity). Algorithms of action, which are dedicated by the investigative situations.
