Характеризуется и анализируется состояние преступности иностранцев и лиц без гражданства в Республике Беларусь, рассматриваются параметры и изменения в ее структуре за длительный период времени, отражаются криминологические особенности данного вида преступности, формулируются основные понятия и определения. = The article describes and analyzes the crime status of foreigners and stateless persons in the Republic of Belarus, the parameters and the changes in its structure over a long period of time are recognized criminological characteristics of this type of crime, with the main concepts and definitions.
