Рассматриваются договор поставки, ответственность сторон в случае непоставки или недопоставки товара, просрочки поставки товара, а также порядок расчетов за поставленный товар. Анализируется практика хозяйственных судов по рассмотрению споров, вытекающих из договора поставки, на предмет единообразия применения действующего гражданского законодательства. Приводятся выводы и предложения по совершенствованию действующего гражданского законодательства. = The article reveals the concept of supply contract, responsibilities of the parties in case of non-delivery or not full delivery of goods, as well as delay of delivery, order of payment for the delivered goods. Analysis of practice of economic courts concerning disputes, arising from the supply agreement, for the uniformity of application of existing civil law. In conclusion the author makes suggestions concerning improvement of the existing civil law.
