Abstract

И. = The presented scientific article is devoted consideration of the metaphysical bases actual today an interdisciplinary scientific direction – legal conflictology. The position according to which all modern legal сonfliktological theories on the methodological orientation go back to the metaphysical workings out which have been carried out in basic in the Ancient Greek philosophy is proved. The conclusion becomes that classics of antique thought, in particular, Aristotle the decision essential it of legal problems always put in dependence on the metaphysical bases of a conflictness as that which was set by metaphysics, instead of political pragmatic.
