Рассматриваются условия и процесс организации курсов командного состава Милицейской службы при Главном Управлении Рабоче-Крестьянской Милиции, деятельность которых стала началом милицейского образования в Советской Белоруссии. = The article discusses the conditions and the process of organizing courses for the command staff of the Police Service at the Main Directorate of Workers and Peasants Police, whose activities marked the beginning of police education in Soviet Belarus.
