Наказуемость торговли людьми

Abstract

Ретнева, Н. И. Наказуемость торговли людьми / Н. И. Ретнева, Э. А. Саркисова // Вестник Академии МВД Республики Беларусь. - 2008. - № 2. - С. 88 - 92. На основе проведенного исследования наказуемости торговли людьми авторы предлагают свое видение по вопросу обеспечения сбалансированности и выработки критериев для формирования уголовно-правовых санкций. Выработано более емкое понятие термина «наказуемость» как одного из основных признаков преступления. В работе обозначены подходы к оценке степени общественной опасности торговли людьми в других государствах. Анализ санкции, устанавливающей ответственность за торговлю людьми, дан посредством сравнительного анализа санкций за другие преступления против личной свободы по УК Республики Беларусь.
