Вежновец // Вестник Академии МВД Республики Беларусь. - 2019. - № 1. - С. 159 - 163 Рассматривается преамбула международного договора как отдельно взятая юридическая конструкция, структура которой состоит из элементов, соотносящихся между собой как всеобщее, отдельное и единичное. Излагаются требования, предъявляемые к конструкционным элементам преамбулы, приводятся примеры их конструирования. = The preamble of an international Treaty is seen as a separate legal construct, the structure of which consists of elements that relate to each other as universal, separate and singular is considered. The requirements to the structural elements of the preamble are stated, the examples of their construction are given.
