Abstract

Веремеенко, В. М. Субъективная сторона преступлений, составляющих взяточничество: особенности уголовно-правовой характеристики / В. М. Веремеенко // Вестник Академии МВД Республики Беларусь. - 2018. - № 1. - С. 128 - 133. Анализируется содержание субъективной стороны преступлений, предусмотренных ст. 430–432 Уголовного кодекса Республики Беларусь. Рассматриваются разные точки зрения по исследуемой теме. Уделяется особое внимание характеристике признаков субъективной стороны анализируемых деяний: мотиву и цели. Предлагается авторская точка зрения и выносятся предложения по дискуссионным вопросам данной проблемы. = The subjective side of crimes provided for in Art. 430–432 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus is analyzed. It discusses various points of view on the topic under study. Particular attention is given to characterizing such signs of the subjective side of the acts being analyzed, as a motive and purpose. Authors own judgments and suggestions on the discussion issues of this problem are expressed.
