Abstract

Гусенцов // Вестник Академии МВД Республики Беларусь. - 2016. - № 2. - С. 44 - 47. Рассматриваются правовые, социальные и судебно-медицинские аспекты, обосновывающие актуальность и значимость исследования огнестрельных повреждений, образовавшихся вследствие рикошета. Кратко изложены основные этапы лабораторного эксперимента. Отражены основные результаты проведенного экспериментального исследования, на основании которых подтверждена и научно обоснована выдвинутая автором гипотеза о превалирующем над другими параметрами выстрела и рикошета влиянии значений угла встречи пули с преградой на характеристику данного вида огнестрельных повреждений. = The article deals with legal, social and forensic medical aspects justifying the relevance and importance of researching ricochet gunshot damages. The main stages of a laboratory experiment of the formation and complex analysis of gunshot entry damages caused by a shot fired from a 9mm Makarov handgun followed by ricochet have been summarised. Major results of the experimental study have been presented on the basis of which the hypothesis suggested by the authour concerning the prevailing influence of the values of the angle between a bullet and a barrier in respect to other gunshot and ricochet parameters on the characteristics of this type of gunshot damages has been confirmed and scientifically grounded.
