Abstract

Гармонизация норм уголовного законодательства стран Евразийского экономического союза об ответственности за незаконный оборот наркотических средств, психотропных веществ, их прекурсоров и аналогов / О. И. Бахур // Вестник Академии МВД Республики Беларусь. - 2016. - № 1. - С. 91 - 97. Представлены результаты сравнительного анализа норм уголовного законодательства государств – участников ЕАЭС, предусматривающих ответственность за незаконный оборот наркотических средств, психотропных веществ, их прекурсоров и аналогов. Определены направления и вынесены конкретные предложения по дальнейшей гармонизации уголовного законодательства стран ЕАЭС, направленного на противодействие наркопреступности. = The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of the criminal legislation of the states parties of the EAEU, establishing responsibility for the illegal narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, precursors and analogs trafficking. The author defines the directions and specific proposals for further harmonization of criminal law of the EAEU countries, aimed at combating drug-related crimes.
