Abstract

Хатеневич, Т. Г. Институт освобождения от уголовной ответственности в свете парадигмы целеполагания / Т. Г. Хатеневич // Вестник Академии МВД Республики Беларусь. - 2019. - № 2. - С. 156 - 161. Анализируется целевая направленность института освобождения от уголовной ответственности. Данный институт рассматривается как активно развивающийся. Обсуждается вопрос о целях дальнейшего совершенствования института освобождения от уголовной ответственности, а также о целях воздействия средствами института на участников конфликтных охранительных уголовно-правовых отношений. Формулируется вывод о необходимости применения парадигмы целеполагания при прогнозировании дальнейшего развития института освобождения от уголовной ответственности. = The article presents an analysis of the target orientation of the institute of refusal from criminal responsibility. This institute is considered as actively developing. Therefore, the question is raised about the goals of further improvement of the institute of refusal from criminal responsibility as well as about the goals of the impact of the institute on the participants of conflicting protective legal relations. The conclusion is formulated about the necessity of using the goal-setting paradigm when forecasting the further development of the institute of refusal from criminal responsibility.
