Abstract

Metodele de apreciere obiectivă a gradului de stenoză coronariană așa ca CFR și FFR vin să completeze pe cea angiografică și ajută medicul intervenționist în timpul angioplastiei coronariene. Mai mult, CFR și FFR măsurate imediat după reperfuzie, la pacienții cu SCA, pot avea rol de prognostic al evoluției după infarct miocardic. Modificările ce apar la nivelul microcirculației coronariene la pacienții cu SCA și NSTEMI se traduc prin gradul și extinderea proceselor de liză tisulară. La moment, există puține date care relevă gradul injuriei patului microvascular și a capacității vasodilatatoare la pacienții cu infarct miocardic acut. În articolul dat vom face referință la câteva studii în domeniu.

The methods used to appreciate the degree of coronary stenosis such as CFR and FFR, come to complement the coronary angiography and help the interventional physician during PCI. Furthermore, CFR and FFR measured immediately after reperfusion, in patients with ACS, may act as a prognosis factor for myocardial infarction. Changes in coronary microcirculation in patients with ACS and NSTEMI correlate to the degree and extent of tissue lysis processes. So far, there are few data revealing the degree of microvascular bed injury and vasodilator capacity in patients with acute myocardial infarction. In this article, we will refer to some studies in the field.

.Методы объективной оценки степени коронарного стеноза как CFR и FFR дополняют ангиографию и помогают интервенционному врачу во время коронарной ангиопластики. Кроме того, CFR и FFR, измеренные сразу после реперфузии, у пациентов с ИМ, могут иметь прогностическую ценность. Изменения коронарной микроциркуляции у пациентов с ОКС и NSTEMI определяют степени процессов лизиса тканей. В настоящее время мало данных, раскрывающих степень повреждения микрососудистого русла и сосудорасширяющую способность у пациентов с острым инфарктом миокарда. В этой статье мы обратимся к некоторым исследованиям в этой области
