Abstract

The problem of bacterial emission in tuberculosis of respiratory sistem is a current and significant problem from a practical point of view for modern pediatric phthisiology. Increased interest in this topic is due to the steady increase in tuberculosis TB cases in recent years due to drug-resistant strains of the pathogen and innovative laboratory technologies for determining the susceptibility of Mycobacterium tuberculosis to drugs, as well as difficulties in microbiological diagnosis. TB and treatment tactics for sick children who do not eliminate mycobacteria. The effectiveness of empirical treatment is demonstrated.
