Rolul leadership-ului în identificarea culturii organizaționale în unitățile spitalicești

Abstract

În articol este analizat impactul culturii organizaționale asupra procesului de dirijare în instituțiile medicale. Sa observat existența relației dintre cultura organizațională, comportamentul de conducere leadership, satisfacția în muncă și calitatea asistenței medicale. Se atrage atenția asupra faptului, că interdependența între tipul de cultură organizațională și satisfacția în muncă a lucrătorilor medicali afectează multe aspecte, și anume pacienții, colegii de muncă, calitatea serviciului medical. Se concluzionează, că conducerea eficientă este influențată de definirea culturii organizaționale care, la rîndul său contribuie la îmbunătățirea calității serviciului medical, iar angajații instituțiilor medicale pentru a primi satisfacție în muncă ar prefera să lucreze într-un mediu cu o cultură inovatoare, pozitivă, orientată la realizarea sarcinilor

В статье анализируется влияние организационной культуры на лидерство в учреждениях здравоохранения. Выявляется взаимосвязь между организационной культурой, лидерским поведением, степенью удовлетворенности работой и качеством медицинского обслуживания. Обращается внимание на то, что взаимозависимость между типом организационной культуры и степенью удовлетворенности работой медицинских работников оказывает влияние на многие аспекты, включая пациентов, коллег, качество медицинского обслуживания. Делается вывод, что эффективное лидерство зависит от определения организационной культуры, которая, в свою очередь, способствует повышению качества медицинского обслуживания, а сотрудники больниц предпочитают работать в условиях инновационной, позитивной, ориентированной на выполнение задач культуры.

The article examines the impact of organizational culture on leadership in healthcare institutions. Here it highlights the existence of the relationship between organizational culture, leadership behavior leadership, job satisfaction and quality of health care. It is pointed out that the interdependence between the type of organizational culture and job satisfaction of medical workers affects many aspects, including patients, coworkers, quality of medical service.It is concluded that effective leadership is influenced by the definition of organizational culture which in turn contributes to improving the quality of medical service, and hospital employees would prefer to work in an environment with an innovative, positive, task-oriented culture.
