Концептуальные основы педагогической модели профессиональной этнопедагогической подготовки будущих учителей

Abstract

The article discusses the model of professional ethnopedagogical training of future teachers aimed at the formation of ethnopedagogical competence. The following basic blocks for the formation of ethnopedagogical competence are presented and described: target, methodological, organizational, substantive, methodological, criterial-diagnostic and effective. Also, there are described the tasks, approaches, principles and conditions for the development of ethnopedagogical competence of the future teachers. The authors identify the components of ethnopedagogical competence and the criteria for its formation. The feasibility of introducing a model into the educational process of a higher education institution has been experimentally proven.

Рассматривается модель профессиональной этнопедагогической подготовки будущих учителей, направленной на формирование этнопедагогической компетентности. Представлены базовые компоненты педагогической модели, такие как целевой, методологический, организационный, содержательный, методический, а также кри-териально-диагностический и результативный. Описаны также задачи, подходы и педагогические условия фор-мирования этнопедагогической компетентности будущих учителей; выделены компоненты этнопедагогической компетентности и критерии их сформированности
