
În condiţiile socio-economice actuale sporeşte rolul calităţilor profesionale şi personale ale absolvenţilor care asigură competitivitatea şi capacitatea de a construi în continuare o carieră. Drept condiţii ale angajării cu succes în câmpul muncii se prezintă rezistenţa la stres si comportamentul asertiv. Articolul se referă la dezvoltarea capacităţii de rezistenţă la stres şi a comportamentului asertiv în rândul absolvenţilor de facultate cu care aceştea se confruntă în procesul de căutare a unui loc de muncă şi angajare ulterioară. Este descris un training de formare psihosocială a deprinderilor de autoprezentare, care a fost pus în aplicare de noi ca parte a activităţii formative din cadrul cercetării doctorale. Utilizarea trainingului a demonstrat că prezenţa unei structuri bine deinite şi realizarea pas cu pas a programului de dezvoltare oferă rezultate eiciente. Articolul conţine diferite tipuri de exerciţii, precum şi metode, tehnici ce pot i utilizate în cadrul trainingurilor.
In present days, the social and economic conditions increase the importance of professional and personal qualities of the university graduates’, and their potential to build a career. Under conditions of successful employment are awarded the stress resistance and assertive behaviour. The article outlines the possibilities of developing the stress resistance capacities and an assertive behaviour at the university graduates’ in searching for a job and under the pressure of further employment. There are described a psychological training program on developing self-introduction skills, which was implemented in dissertation research as formative activity. The training practice shows that having a deinite structure and following it carefully produce eficient results. The article provides various types of structural exercises, as well as methods and working techniques, which could be used in practice.
В современных социально-экономических условиях возрастает роль профессионально-личностных качеств выпускников ВУЗов, которые обеспечивают конкурентоспособность и дальнейшее построение карьеры. Составляющие успешного трудоустройства являются стрессоустойчивость и уверенное поведение. В статье рассматриваются возможности формирования стрессоустойчивости и уверенного поведения у выпускников ВУЗов в процессе поиска работы и последующем трудоустройстве посредством социально-психологической тренинговой программы по развитию навыков самопрезентации, которaя была реализована в рамках экспериментально-формирующего этапа диссертационного исследования. Практика тренинговой работы показала, что наличие определенной структуры и тщательное следование ей дает действенные результаты. В статье приводятся различные виды структурных упражнений, а также методы и техники работы в тренинге.
