Abstract

Cet article contient des réflexions dans le domaine de la gestion des ressources humaines, en particulier les effets de la communication, les priorités et les moyens de fournir une rétroaction efficace grâce à laquelle une contribution considérable est apportée à lrsquo;amélioration de lrsquo;assurance de la qualité du système éducatif en République de Moldova, y compris le système drsquo;enseignement supérieur. Des accents importants sont imposés dans la formation de la tradition drsquo;obtenir une rétroaction efficace des employés, collègues, partenaires par les gestionnaires à tous les niveaux de gestion. Quel est le pouvoir du feedback? Que peut-il faire et qursquo;est-ce qui permet une rétroaction efficace? Lrsquo;élucidation de lrsquo;impact résultant de la mise en oeuvre de cette théorie dans la vie professionnelle de chaque équipe et sa promotion sont primordiales afin drsquo;assurer la qualité du système de management dans lrsquo;éducation. Lrsquo;objectif de lrsquo;étude est de souligner lrsquo;importance et la nécessité drsquo;appliquer la rétroaction dans le processus drsquo;activité, mais pas drsquo;aucune sorte, mais de rétroaction qui génère des améliorations essentielles des résultats dans lrsquo;activité drsquo;équipe/collective/institution et élève la culture managériale à un nouveau niveau organisationnel.

Prezentul articol conține reflecții în domeniul managementului resurselor umane, în special a efectelor comunicării, a priorităților și modalităților de acordare a feedback-ului eficient prin care se aduce un aport considerabil în îmbunătățirea asigurării calității sistemului educațional din Republica Moldova, inclusiv sistemului de învățământ superior. Accente importante se impun în formarea tradiției de obținere a unui feedback eficient din partea angajaților, colegilor, partenerilor de către managerii de la toate nivelurile de conducere. În ce constă puterea feedback-ului? Ce poate face și ce permite un feedback eficient? Or, elucidarea impactului rezultant în urma implementării acestei teorii în viața profesională a fiecărei echipe și promovarea sa sunt primordiale în vederea asigurării calității în sistemul de management în educație. Obiectivul studiului este de a scoate în evidență importanța și necesitatea aplicării feedback-ului în procesul de activitate, însă nu a unui orișicare ci a feedback-ului care generează îmbunătățiri esențiale a rezultatelor în activitatea de echipă/colectiv/instituție și ridică cultura managerială la un nou nivel organizațional.

The given article contains reflections in the field of human resources management, in particular the effects of communication, the priorities and the ways of providing effective feedback, which makes a considerable contribution to improving the quality assurance of the educational system in the Republic of Moldova, including the higher education system. Important emphasis is placed on the formation of the tradition of obtaining effective feedback from employees, colleagues, partners by managers at all management levels. What is the power of feedback? What can effective feedback do and enable? However, the elucidation of the impact resulting from the implementation of this theory in the professional life of each team and its promotion are essential in order to ensure quality in the management system in education. The objective of the study is to highlight the importance and necessity of applying feedback in the activity process, but not just any feedback, but feedback that generates essential improvements in the results of team/collective/institutional activity and raises the managerial culture to a new organizational level.

Данная статья содержит размышления в области управления человеческими ресурсами, в частности об эффектах коммуникации, приоритетах и способах обеспечения эффективной обратной связи, что вносит значительный вклад в повышение качества системы образования в Республике Молдова, включая систему высшего образования. Важный акцент сделан на формирование у руководителей всех уровней управления традиции получения эффективной обратной связи от сотрудников, коллег, партнеров. В чем сила обратной связи? Что может сделать эффективная обратная связь? Однако, выяснение влияния внедрения этой теории на профессиональную жизнь каждой команды и ее продвижение необходимы для обеспечения качества системы управления в образовании. Цель исследования ndash; подчеркнуть значимость и необходимость применения обратной связи в процессе деятельности, но не просто обратной связи, а той, что порождает существенное улучшение результатов командной/коллективной/институциональной деятельности и поднимает управленческую культуру на новый уровень. ndash; организационный.
