Abstract

This article highlights the specifics of ,,crime against foreignersrdquo;, categories of crimes committed against foreign citizens themselves, due to their prevalence, relevance, increased public danger, due to their criminological and criminal legal features, as well as due to the understudied nature of this criminal phenomenon. We believe that currently the type of crime associated with foreigners represents a separate and independent, specific section of criminal offenses and an object of criminological and victimological research in the context of globalization processes, post-pandemic effects and long-term war in Ukraine.
