Abstract

Актуальность изучения влияния наночастиц металлов на различные биологические объекты и возможное воздействие на здоровье человека обусловлена активным применением наночастиц в различных сферах. Поступление наночастиц в атмосферный воздух, перенос со сточными водами способствуют загрязнению как водных, так и наземных экосистем. В настоящем исследовании растения петрушки Petroselinum crispum были использованы в качестве тест-объектов для изучения особенностей накопления и переноса наночастиц золота AuNPs в сегменты растений в условиях прикорневого воздействия. Содержание золота в почвенных и растительных образцах было определено с помощью ИСП-МС. Результаты работы позволяют сделать выводы о доступности для растений наночастиц золота, диаметром 1-5 нм. В ходе исследования выявлены различия в аккумуляции золота в корнях и листьях петрушки в зависимости от концентрации используемых растворов
