Validacija upotrebljivosti ERP proizvoda

Abstract

This master's thesis focuses on the usability validation of ERP systems, including the web portal, desktop, and mobile applications. The main goal was to test and evaluate the performance of these applications through various aspects of user experience, such as efficiency, ease of use, and optimization after improvements. The use of the ISO/IEC 25062:2006 (CIF) standard ensured a structured approach to system evaluation. The master's thesis describes the testing methods in detail, including heuristic evaluation, and highlights the importance of continuous testing to achieve high-quality software. Testing results showed improvements in user experience after optimization, but also revealed some slowdowns in certain processes, indicating the need for further iterative improvements.
