Motivacija radnika na primjeru poduzeća "Kula Kastav d.o.o."

Abstract

Poduzeća bez obzira bila mikro, mala ili velika poduzeća i bez obzira na tržišta na koje su orijentirana teže ka uspješnom poslovanju. Slobodno se može konstatirati da navedeno predstavlja izazov u suvremenom poslovnom svijetu posebice radi velike konkurencije, te shodno tome određeno poduzeće se mora isticati u odnosu na druga konkurentska poduzeća. Poduzeća na tržištu međusobno konkuriraju kvalitetnim ljudskim kapitalom stoga poduzeće koje teži ka uspješnom poslovanju svakako nastoji zadržati najbolje zaposlenike priznajući im važnu ulogu i utjecaj na organizacijsku učinkovitost. Vrlo je bitno da menadžment svakog poduzeća spozna činjenicu da ljudski kapital ima mogućnost dovesti poduzeće do samog vrhunca uspjeha ili pak dovesti do kraha poslovanja. Nakon pronalaska kvalitetnog kadra ljudi potrebno je osigurati pozitivnu radnu okolinu i razvijati zaposlenikove vještine i potencijale, te je vrlo važno da menadžeri uistinu shvate što motivira njihove zaposlenike bez nagađanja pretpostavki. Od velikog značaja za zaposlenike određenog poduzeća je zadovoljenje egzistencijalnih potreba koje se postiže materijalnim strategijama motiviranja. Također , u cjelokupnom motivacijskom sustavu, bitnu ulogu imaju i nematerijalne strategije motiviranja, za koje se u današnje vrijeme slobodno može reći da su u korak s materijalnim strategijama motiviranja.
