Анализ процесса резания с позиций стойкости инструмента (на примере торцового фрезерования)

Abstract

На примере торцового фрезерования проводится анализ процесса резания с позиций стойкости интрумента. Для характеристики процесса резания предлагается коэффициент полезного использования длины лезвия, который равен отношению площади обрабатываемой поверхности к некой воображаемой площади, площади резания, которая определяется произведением пути резания на длину лезвия. Проведенный анализ показывает пути проектирования торцовых фрез с повышенной стойкостью.
