Abstract

В первые послевоенные годы наряду с восстановлением и расширением сети институтов, укреплением их учебно-материальной базы, предметом особой заботы партии и государства явилось обеспечение вузов республики высококвалифицированными научными работниками. Основной проблемой в вузах являлась нехватка профессорско-преподавательских кадров.
