Цифровая экосистема в интеграционной группировке ЕАЭС

Abstract

Создание цифровой экосистемы необходимо начинать с формирования единой для интеграционной группировки кластерной платформы, предоставляющей возможности взаимодействия с кластерами разных национальных экономик, которые входят в интеграционную группировку. Именно на базе такой кластерной платформы институционализируется цифровая экосистема, которая будет обеспечивать рождение инноваций в интеграционной группировке, «сшивать» экономические пространства на основе кооперационных или даже коллаборационных связей, формировать общий внутренний рынок такой группировки на базе объединения существующих национальных рынков продукции и услуг и формируемых рынков инновационной системой.
