Изучение аминокислотного состава сельдерея пахучего

Abstract

Аминокислотный состав растительных продуктов – важная информация и необходимый критерий для определения их биологической ценности. Целью данных исследований являлось изучение качественного состава и количественного содержания аминокислот в высушенных белых корнях сельдерея. Определение содержания суммы аминокислот проводили с помощью спектрофотометрического анализа. Качественный состав и количественное содержание аминокислот в сырье проводили с использованием ионообменной жидкостной колоночной хроматографии.
