Оптимальное управление температурой каменных материалов при производстве асфальтобетона

Abstract

При производстве горячих асфальтобетонных смесей имеет место высокий процент брака на первых замесах. Это обусловлено невозможностью качественного прогрева смесителя при подготовке производственной установки к работе. В данной работе предлагается производить нагрев смесителя с помощью каменных материалов, поступающих в смеситель, и определяется закон оптимального управления их температурой, позволяющий минимизировать или полностью исключить брак готовой продукции. В соответствии с этим законом управления температура каменных материалов повышается до максимально возможной, по техническим данным установки, и удерживается до тех пор, пока температура смесителя не достигнет нужного уровня.
