Совершенствование порядка отнесения участков лесного фонда к категории труднодоступных

Abstract

В результате проведенных исследований были выявлены недостатки действующего порядка отнесения участков лесного фонда к категории труднодоступных. Последствием этого может стать отсутствие ясного представления о характеристиках подлежащих разработке лесосеках, что не позволяет обеспечить должную организацию работ и создает спорные ситуации между лесофондодержателями и лесопользователями. Предложенные рекомендации позволят минимизировать данные негативные моменты, а также повысить эффективность и качество проводимых работ в различных условиях.
