Abstract

В работе представлены результаты стойкостных испытаний инструментальных композиционных материалов (КМ), содержащих наноструктурные импактные алмазы, в сравнении с композитами на основе синтетических сверхтвердых материалов (СТМ) — алмаз и кубический нитрид бора (КНБ) — и твердого сплава ВК-8 (WC + 8 % Co) при лезвийной обработке заготовок из латуни ЛС-59 (57–60 % Cu) и алюминиевого сплава АК-7 (Al 92–94 %, Si 6–8 %). Образцы КМ для исследований износостойкости были получены методом термобарического спекания в аппарате высокого давления.
