Crimmigration: 'the Belgian case'

Based on the Belgian Foreigners' Act of 1980 and referring to the three fronts presented by Stumpf (2005) the Belgian case of Crimmigration will be analysed and commented in order to explain how judicial and social pathways of prisoners without a legal permit of residence are constructed.
