Abstract

Исследование посвящено анализу государственной стипендиальной программы фонда «Эл-юрт умиди» в качестве механизма государственной поддержки внешней интернационализации высшего образования в Узбекистане. Проанализированы текущие тенденции и проблемы в развитии фонда, выявлены основные задачи, которые стоят перед государством в этой области. Также рассмотрен опыт других стран. На основе анализа сделан вывод, что фонд имеет потенциал для улучшения качества высшего образования и может стать эффективным инструментом для подготовки современных кадров.
