Разработка инновационной бизнес-модели государственного франчайзинга

Abstract

Современные экономические условия заставляют государственные и предпринимательские структуры искать новые формы взаимодействия. Государство испытывает дефицит ресурсов, в связи с чем не может в полной мере обеспечивать реализацию своих программ в социально значимых отраслях и сферах деятельности. Одной из актуальных форм взаимодействия является вариант частно-государственного предпринимательства – государственный франчайзинг. В данной статье проводится анализ существующих бизнес-моделей и на основе этого предлагается инновационная бизнес-модель государственного франчайзинга, которая, в отличие от известных, позволяет раскрыть особенности взаимодействия государственных и предпринимательских структур в формате государственного франчайзинга.
