Abstract

Анализируется практика материального и нематериального стимулирования деятельности трудящихся в рамках соцсоревнования в советском вузе 1929–1941 гг. Под трудящимися здесь и далее понимаются в том числе и учащиеся советских вузов. Рассматриваются основные способы и формы стимулирования участников соцсоревнования (прежде всего ударников труда). На основе архивных материалов обосновывается точка зрения о существовании в 1930-е гг. активной практики материального стимулирования трудовой деятельности соревнующихся трудящихся.
