Особенности привлечения к административной ответственности в избирательном процессе

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам привлечения к ответственности за «непредставление в установленный законом срок отчета об источниках и о размерах средств, перечисленных в избирательный фонд, и обо всех произведенных затратах на проведение избирательной кампании». Авторы делают выводы о чрезмерном размере санкции за указанное правонарушение и отсутствие условий для дифференциации при назначении наказания. В рамках работы сформулированы предложения по улучшению взаимодействия избирательных комиссий с органами правосудия и исключению
