Город равных возможностей в зеркале социальных медиа

Abstract

Выявляются возможности структурно-семантического анализа онлайн-высказываний локальных городских сообществ о доступности городской среды для лиц с ограниченными возможностями здоровья (ЛОВЗ) и использования результатов анализа в процессе проектирования стратегий городского развития. Осуществить подобный анализ стало возможно с помощью спонтанных данных, которые создаются пользователями социальных сетей. Отличие предлагаемого подхода в том, что анализируются не только онлайн-высказывания на специальных сайтах и форумах, а реконструируется общий контекст обсуждения проблем городской среды разными паблик-группами, а мнения ЛОВЗ включены в общий контекст.
