Мотивация участия советской молодежи в комсомольских стройках в период хрущевской оттепели (на примере Красноярской ГЭС)

Abstract

Выявляются группы мотивационных установок советской молодежи, побуждавшие ее участвовать в комсомольских стройках 1960-х гг. Исследование проводилось методом глубинного полуструктурированного интервью с 17 респондентами, строившими Красноярскую ГЭС. Были выделены материальные и нематериальные группы установок. Несмотря на ярко выраженный идеологический фон происходивших событий, группа материальных факторов также оказала влияние на процесс принятия решения.
