Кадровая политика как ключевой ресурс глобальной конкурентоспособности университета: кейс Тюменского государственного университета

Abstract

Описан уникальный пример формирования и развития кадровой политики как ключевого ресурса повышения глобальной конкурентоспособности в Тюменском государственном университете. Исследование проводилось среди 25 сотрудников ТюмГУ методом полуформализованного интервью. Кейс позволяет говорить об укрепле-нии тенденции корпоративизации и адаптации корпоративных инструментов к университетской среде, что про-является в трансформации кадровых процессов. Полученные данные могут быть использованы в качестве реко-мендаций для совершенствования системы управления человеческими ресурсами в российских университетах в их борьбе за глобальную конкурентоспособность.
