Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу онлайн-арбитража, как современного развивающегося способа разрешения трансграничных экономических споров. Выявляются преимущества использования технологий удаленной коммуникации. Обращается внимание на причины, затрудняющие динамичное развитие процедуры урегулирования правовых конфликтов в электронной информационной среде. Первая группа правовых препятствий касается арбитражного соглашения, вторая – носит процедурный характер,и, наконец, третья группа препятствий для онлайн-арбитража связана с итоговым решением.
