Преступность в Бразилии: особенности, противодействие, направления исследований

Abstract

Рассматриваются общее состояние преступности в Бразилии, ее основные черты и особенности. Особое внимание уделяется анализу умышленных убийств, поскольку Бразилия демонстрирует наиболее неблагоприятные тенденции в мире в динамике этого вида преступлений. Освещаются проблемы криминальной виктимности и выделяются основные группы риска. Дается характеристика программ сбора криминологически значимой информации в Бразилии, компетенции ключевых органов в сфере противодействия преступности и основных направлений криминологических исследований.
